CONTACT US...

Get in touch with us via the "Start Your Project" form at the bottom of the page, chat function on this site, email or message us on Facebook or Instagram.  We will begin to discuss your custom furniture or carpentry project, size and scope, likes and more importantly dislikes to get a sense of general direction to pursue a preliminary budget.  In certain instances, it may make sense to meet at the location the piece will be going to review site specific details, this is especially true of built-in units.  If you are satisfied with the budget provided for your project we will move to design.

DESIGN...

Initial 50% deposit is due to secure spot in build schedule

Now that a general budget has been established and agreed upon, I will draft and provide you with a 3D model representation of the design.  Throughout this phase of the project, communication is paramount as we work through design decisions and changes to ensure your vision is coming to life.  As we work towards the final design, the actual project cost will be solidified and once you are ready we will schedule your build when deposit is received.  50% deposit of total project cost which is refundable up until your build begins.

BUILD BEGINS...

Deposit becomes non-refundable once build starts

As your build date is nearing, the lumber that was hand picked and locally sourced for your project will be brought into the shop and milling will begin.  Depending on size and scope of your project, once I begin building, it can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to complete.  We will send you photos throughout the process so you can see how it is coming along.

COMPLETION...

Remaining 50% of project cost due on delivery or pickup

So EXCITING!  As your build is nearing completion, we will reach out to confirm the delivery or pickup date.  Delivery is only available within 2 hrs. of our shop in Groton, MA and delivery charges vary. Certain smaller projects can be shipped and pricing to do so will be discussed during the design phase.
